Shipping Locations
Dread Love currently ships within Canada only. We are not currently accepting orders to the United States. U.S. shipping may resume in the future.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Free shipping on orders over $95.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using carrier-calculated rates.
We ship using Canada Post and Purolator (or other comparable carriers when needed). Carrier availability may vary by destination, package size, and weight.
Where multiple services are available, the lowest available shipping option is typically selected automatically based on your order's size, weight, and destination, unless you choose a different option at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped once per week. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time
Canada: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dread Love is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Please review our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility and timelines. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, most sales are final except in cases of damaged or defective items.
