Shipping Locations

Dread Love currently ships within Canada and to the United States.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Shopify’s carrier-calculated rates.

We ship using Canada Post and Purolator (or other comparable carriers when needed). Carrier availability may vary by destination, package size/weight, and service coverage.

Where multiple services are available, the lowest available shipping option is typically selected automatically based on your order’s size, weight, and destination, unless you choose a different option at checkout (when available).

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped once per week. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

Canada: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

United States: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and customs processing (if applicable).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, service disruptions, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dread Love is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Cross-Border Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada (including to the United States) may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may vary and can cause delivery delays beyond our control.

If a shipment is refused, returned, delayed, or abandoned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or customs regulations, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional requirements imposed by customs authorities once an order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Please review our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility and timelines. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, most sales are final except in cases of damaged or defective items.
