Dread Love is Toronto’s full-service dreadlock studio and product line, built from real client work—not outsourced formulas. Every product is handmade in Canada in small batches with residue-free, loc-safe ingredients designed to support healthy dreadlocks without buildup.

Founded by Krista, a licensed hairstylist and professional loctician with over 20 years of experience, Dread Love has served the Canadian loc community since 2012. Krista has been based in Toronto since 2004 and holds a Certificate of Qualification from Skilled Trades Ontario, bringing formal training and industry standards to professional dreadlock care.

What works in the chair is what makes it into the products: thoughtful care for starting locs and maintaining them long-term.
